本公司生产的美标截止阀是作为标准产品按BS1873和ASME B16.34设计的,设计时根据压力等级进行了足够的强度计算,并提供了一定的安全余量,美标截止阀的制造和检验以一套严格的质量保证体系得以保证,这些设计和质量保证以经过第三方批准。

一、美标截止阀用途和性能规范

二、美标截止阀工作原理和结构说明
1本手动阀门按顺时针方向旋转手轮时,阀瓣向下运动使密封面闭合,既为关闭;逆转时则为开启。该产品在阀盖上端设有阀杆螺母,转动阀杆,阀杆上下运动,达到开关的目的。
2工作介质由阀瓣的下面往上流,也可反方向流。
3阀座与阀瓣的密封面采用不锈钢堆焊或镶铜合金,软密封阀座堆焊不锈钢。详细说明见小样图所示。
4本阀门的结构长度按ANSI B16.10的规定;法兰连接尺寸:ANSI B16.5 。

五、美标截止阀维护保养和安装使用注意事项
1本阀门通路两端须堵塞,存放在干燥通风的室内,如长期存放, 应经常检查,防止锈蚀。
2安装前应将阀门清洗干净,并消除在运输过程中造成的缺陷。
3安装时必须仔细核对阀门上的标志和铭牌是否符合使用要求。
4本阀门可安装于任何工作位置,但必须便于检修和操作,阀体上的流向与管道内介质流向一致。
5本阀门在运行时应全开或全关,不能作节流使用,以免密封面受冲刷加速磨损。
6开启或关闭阀门时应用手轮,不得借助杠杆或其它工具
7传动部位应保持清洁,定期加注润滑剂。
六、美标截止阀可能发生的故障及其消除办法
1填料处渗漏
(1)填料压盖太松,可均匀地将压紧填料压盖用的螺母旋紧。
(2)填料圈数不够,应增加填料。
(3)填料由于使用过久或保存不当失效,应更换填料 。
2阀瓣和阀座密封面处渗漏
(1)密封面间夹有污物,可冲洗消除之。
(2)密封面如有损伤,应重新研磨,必要时可重新堆焊及加工,研磨的密封面必须平整,其粗糙度不得低于0.4 ,软密封的应更换橡胶圈。
3阀体和阀盖连接处渗漏
(1)螺母拧得不紧或松紧不均匀,可重新调整之。
(2)法兰密封面上有损伤或积有污物。应进行修整密封面或清除污物。
(3)垫片损坏,应更换新垫片。
4阀杆传动不灵活
(1)填料压得过紧或填料压盖歪斜,调整填料压盖上的螺母。
(2)阀杆和阀杆螺母上的螺纹有损伤或积有污物,应拆开修整螺纹或清除污物。

1. Application and specification
1.1 Application: A globe valve is used on an industrial pipeline as an on-off valve.

2.Principle and structural description
2.1 When the handwheel is rotated clockwise, the disc moves downward to shut off the seating surfaces, so the valve is closed; on the contrary, the valve will be opened when the handwheel is rotated counter-clockwise. The valves of model J11T-16 and series J23H have not any stem nuts, of which the rising nuts are in the bonnets and are cut from the bonnets directly. Stem nuts are designed on the top of the bonnets of valves series J41. The stems of the above valves can move up and down so as to close and open the valve.
2.2 The medium flows upwards from under the disc, and can also flow downwards.
2.3 The seating surface of the seat and the disc is deposited with stainless steel or copper alloy, and as to soft seated valves, their seats are deposited with stainless steel. More detailed structures are shown on the drawings.
2.4 The face-to-face dimensions of the valve are in accordance with ANSI B16.10 standard; For the flange ends:the valves of cast steel are in accordance with ANSI B16.5 standard.

5. Maintenance and installation
5.1 Valves shall be kept in a dry and well-ventilated room, their flange ends shall be covered. Valves to be restored for a long period should be regularly inspected in order to prevent them from rust.
5.2 Valves shall be cleaned up before installation, and all defects incurred during transportation shall be removed off.
5.3 Its identification and nameplate shall be checked if it is applicable before installation.
5.4 Valves can be installed on pipes in any direction, but should be easy to be checked and operated. The arrow direction on the body shall be the same as the medium’s in the pipes.
5.5 Valves should be full-opened or full-closed when in use, and cannot be used as throttle valves to avoid erode and wear the seating surfaces.
5.6 Handwheels shall be used only as opening or closing the valve. Lever or other tools are not permitted.
5.7 The moving parts shall be kept clean and be regularly lubricated.
6. Possible trouble and solution
6.1 Leakage occurs from the packing.
1) If a packing gland is not tightened enough, it will be evenly re-tightened.
2) If the packing rings are not enough, they will be added.
3) If the packing has being used for too long time, or was incorrectly stored, new packing will be replace for them.
6.2 Leakage occurs between the seating surfaces of disc and seat.
If there is dirt between them, please clean it by flush washing.
If the seating surfaces are damaged, they will be re-lapped, or machined and lapped after weld deposition, and their surface roughness must be 0.4 μm and higher. But for the rubber seat, a new rubber ring shall be changed for bad one.
6.3 Leakage occurs between bonnet flanges.
1) If the flange nuts are not tightened enough or unevenly, they will be evenly re-tightened.
If the faces of the flange are damaged or collected with dirt, they will be repaired or cleaned up.
3) If the gasket on flange is damaged, it will be replaced with a new one.
6.4 The stem cannot operate smoothly.
1) If the packing is over-tightened, please loosen the gland nuts properly and evenly.
If the thread of the stem or stem nuts is hurt or has dirt, it will be removed off after having been disassembled.
